One universal Apple app

One calendar. Every screen you carry.

InstaCal is one complete app across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The calendar adapts to each screen instead of stretching one interface everywhere—and the same purchase includes the full Mac app too.

A real iPad workspace

One canvas—or the complete workspace.

Landscape gives the calendar room to breathe. Keep the whole screen for the Month, or open the agenda and inspector beside it when you need context.

The complete core

Everything expected from the calendar comes with you.

No platform unlocks, feature tiers or InstaCal account.

Six ways to see time

Agenda, Day, Week, Month, Quarter and Year move from the next event to the year ahead without changing apps — and Month fits two to six weeks on screen, or work days only, when you pinch it.

Events, reminders and Todoist together

Create and edit calendar events, complete Apple Reminders and Todoist tasks, answer invitations and see conflicts in the schedule they affect.

Instant, years deep

About six years of events are mirrored on the device and only changes are synced, so 2024 or 2029 opens as fast as today — in the air as readily as on Wi-Fi.

Type the event naturally

Quick Add understands ordinary sentences in 12 languages and previews exactly what will be created before Save.

Useful before you open it

Ten Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, Dynamic Island and Watch complications keep the next answer visible.

The action beside the event

Join Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and more; mint a Zoom meeting on any calendar from the editor; see travel time and leave-by guidance without digging through event notes.

Your calendar stays yours

Apple, Google, Microsoft and any CalDAV calendar you sign in to remain with their providers. InstaCal has no analytics, tracking or intermediate event server.

Start here. Go deeper when a screen matters to you.

Explore every iPhone view and widget, open the full iPad workspace, or browse all 13 real Watch captures.

All three experiences are one universal app. The same $19.99 purchase also includes the complete InstaCal for Mac.

FAQ

Questions about InstaCal across Apple devices

Is this one app or three separate purchases?
It is one universal App Store purchase. The iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch experiences are included together, along with InstaCal for Mac.
Are the iPad and Apple Watch apps full native experiences?
Yes. iPad has a responsive two- or three-pane workspace with six calendar views. Apple Watch has Right Now, Today, Tasks, Week Pulse, Countdowns, event and reminder actions, editing and focused complications.
Which calendar accounts can I connect on iPhone and iPad?
Apple, Google and Microsoft 365, plus iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo, Fruux and any other CalDAV server — all added inside InstaCal rather than in the Settings app. A webcal, .ics or HTTPS feed subscribes with an optional password and a re-check interval you choose, and Todoist brings its tasks alongside Apple Reminders.
What does the universal app require?
iPhone and iPad require iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The included Apple Watch app requires watchOS 11 or later and a paired iPhone.
Is the mobile app a separate purchase?
No. Pay $19.99 once and InstaCal is yours on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. There is no separate mobile unlock, subscription or Pro tier.
Does InstaCal collect any data?
No. InstaCal contains no analytics and no tracking. Your account tokens and app passwords live in Apple's Keychain, and your events sync directly between your device and your calendar provider — there is no server of ours for your data to visit.
How much does InstaCal cost?
InstaCal is $19.99 once, down from $29.99. One App Store purchase includes the Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps. There is no subscription, separate mobile purchase, Pro tier, InstaCal account or in-app purchase.
