Pinch the grid until the month is the size you think in.

Two weeks on screen makes each day tall enough to read the titles; six weeks puts the whole month in one glance. Pinch to change it, or set it in Appearance and leave it.

Connect Zoom once and the editor can put a Zoom meeting on any calendar, not only the ones whose provider offers Meet or Teams. It travels with the event and goes away when the event does.

Questions about InstaCal for iPhone

Is this a full iPhone calendar or a companion app?
It is a full native calendar. Browse six views; create and edit events and reminders; answer invitations; search; use Quick Add; join meetings; and manage the day without another InstaCal device nearby.
What do the iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps require?
iPhone and iPad require iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The included Apple Watch app requires watchOS 11 or later.
Do my calendars stay in sync?
Yes. Calendars stay current through Apple, Google, Microsoft or any CalDAV server you sign in to. InstaCal keeps a local mirror of about six years of events and syncs only what changed, so browsing is instant and works offline — and it puts no separate account or intermediate server between your iPhone and your calendar provider.
Can I add an iCloud or Fastmail calendar without leaving the app?
Yes. iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo and Fruux connect inside InstaCal with their server address already filled in and a link to where that provider issues an app-specific password. Any other standards-based server goes in under CalDAV, and a webcal, .ics or HTTPS feed subscribes with an optional password and a re-check interval you choose.
Is the mobile app a separate purchase?
No. Pay $19.99 once and InstaCal is yours on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. There is no separate mobile unlock, subscription or Pro tier.
Does InstaCal collect any data?
No. InstaCal contains no analytics and no tracking. Your account tokens and app passwords live in Apple's Keychain, and your events sync directly between your device and your calendar provider — there is no server of ours for your data to visit.
How much does InstaCal cost?
InstaCal is $19.99 once, down from $29.99. One App Store purchase includes the Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps. There is no subscription, separate mobile purchase, Pro tier, InstaCal account or in-app purchase.
